  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Provide your order number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.

Order Cancellation by Etribeshop

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Errors in product pricing or descriptions.
  • Payment issues, such as failed transactions.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

Refund Policy

If you cancel an order before shipment or are eligible for a refund under other conditions (e.g., defective products), the following terms apply:

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Return days within 4-5 days of shipping the product and also we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working day
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase.
